2026-2027 Responsible Conduct of Research Training Attendee RSVP Form

Please complete this RSVP to attend one of the Responsible Conduct of Research Training live, in-person sessions on either October 24, 2026 or March 20, 2027, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in Memorial Field House on The University of Toledo Main Campus. Participants must attend the full training for credit.


In this form, you will select the session you plan to attend. Your registration reserves a space for that session only. If your plans change, you may request to switch sessions, but availability for the alternate date cannot be guaranteed.

Spots Limited: To support meaningful discussion and participation throughout the training, each training is limited to 75 participants. If the session reaches capacity, you may join the waitlist and will be contacted if space becomes available. If you are no longer able to attend a training date you signed up for, please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the slot to a participant on the waitlist.

Important note: We will be serving lunch. If you have a dietary restriction/allergy you would like to share with us, please complete this form no later than 12 p.m. Thursday, October 15.
